• This treatment is not suitable for those who are pregnant, undergoing cancer recovery, heat sensitive, claustrophobic, those with heart conditions or those who have recently undergone surgery/general anaesthetic, those who have epilepsy, have a pacemaker or low blood pressure.
• Guests are advised to eat at least 1.5 hours before the treatment and we also advise that guests do not consume alcohol.
• We would ask guests to shower before the treatment and not to apply any lotion or deodorant.
• Eye protectors must be worn during treatment.
• Those with High blood pressure should not take a cold shower directly after the treatment.
