Go fishing in the wonderful River Maine, whether you have cast many a reel before or would like to learn. Brown trout and salmon can be caught in the River, fishing is available at the resort from March until October and a Ghillie can also be arranged to provide knowledge of the water (advanced booking required).
We look after our wildlife as carefully here as we do our visitors, and we invest in both. That's why fishing Northern Ireland's public freshwaters for game or coarse fish means by law you will always need a rod license issued in Northern Ireland which must be obtained prior to arrival.
