Tell us a little about how you met & talk us through the proposal
We met while working part-time in a cafe in the SSE arena, we were talking and later on, that night he slid in my DM’s and the rest is history!
He told me he booked us a surprise night away somewhere and I had no clue where it was. So he asked me to close my eyes as he led me into the place and when I opened my eyes we were in a bubble dome (I said before I would love to stay there) and he was down on one knee and I said yes!

Why Galgorm?
We fell in love with Galgorm as the resort and its grounds are stunning. We immediately felt at home and easily imagined this is where we could have our dream wedding.. and we did. It wouldn’t have happened without our wedding planner, Kim’s expertise. She asked us exactly what we wanted and made it all happen. The staff were absolute professionals and the day ran so flawlessly. They made sure everything was as it should and every detail was in place. The Great Hall is so grand and beautiful and fit the ambience of what we wanted for our wedding. Everything was perfect.
Tell us the most memorable part of your day
The most memorable part was walking into the the great hall for the first time before all of our guests arrived. We were very impressed as the room was so beautiful and everything that we had wanted was perfectly in place and everything we imagined it would be.
