Tell us a little about how you met & talk us through the proposal
Eddie and I met in 2012 in a little bar in our home town! Fast forward to December 2016 we had our first stay in Galgorm and as we took a stroll around the grounds we found the little swing seat down by the river! We chatted a while and took in our surroundings and then as we were getting ready to go back to get ready for dinner Eddie got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! Best christmas ever!

The most memorable part for me was standing in the beautiful Phantom House and after 12 years together hearing 'the new Mr and Mrs Spence'
