Tell us a little about how you met

Mark & I met on a blind date. We had a beautiful meal which lead to another date that week.

Talk us through the proposal

Well Mark & I always like to celebrate New Year so we booked a very last minute trip to Venice. Once we arrived we had a lovely dinner and were told to head down to St Mark's Square for the firework display at midnight. We strolled down stopping at a few bars on the way and finally reached the square. I was looking around taking in the beautiful scenery and Mark got down on one knee and popped the question! I was in complete shock and we will never forget that very special night. As you can imagine we celebrated well into the early hours.
