Tell us a little about how you met & talk us through the proposal
We are both maths teachers, and our paths first crossed while teaching at the same school. Our journey together has been filled with wonderful moments, but one of the most unforgettable came on our first Christmas as parents. Mark planned the perfect proposal by creating a heartfelt photo book that captured our time together. On the final page was a picture of our daughter Sophie, just two months old, wearing a little vest that read, "Mammy, will you marry my daddy?" It was the most incredible Christmas present I could have ever wished for!

Tell us the most memorable part of your day
The speeches were one of the most special moments of the day. My dad was really nervous beforehand, but the incredible staff helped him feel at ease, and he delivered an amazing speech. Seeing how much it meant to him and hearing his heartfelt words made it an unforgettable part of our day. The food that followed was equally exceptional, making the whole experience even more perfect.
