Neal was a few years above me in school. It all started with a Facebook message back in 2010!
Talk us through the proposal
Neal proposed while we were in Oslo on 7th October 2017. We went to Vigeland Sculpture Park for the day where he asked me to marry him on a love lock bridge over a beautiful lake, it was perfect!

As soon as we visited Galgorm and The Great Hall we fell in love with it! The location, the surroundings, the incredible attention to detail and the staff are so friendly and helpful! We couldn't imagine a better place to have our wedding
What made you choose a Resort location
We had lots of family and friends travelling quite a distance to celebrate with us so the Resort location worked well for us! It allowed us to continue the celebrations the day after and have a BBQ (which was amazing!!) in the Mulberry Garden for our guests that stayed over.
Tell us the most memorable part of your day
We had the most incredible day and loved every moment! Our ceremony was so special; especially walking down the aisle with my Dad. We will never forget arriving at The Great Hall and seeing how amazing it looked, like something out of a fairytale - especially the cocktails, canapes and cheese for our guests! We both also had the same idea for wedding gifts for eachother, signed football memorabilia which was lovely.
Advice for future couples
Don't worry about the little things - Galgorm have everything under control! Enjoy every single moment as the day flies in!
