Tell us a little about how you met & talk us through the proposal
Jordan and I met through mutual friends, we talked for a couple of weeks and then went on our first date.
For the proposal, Jordan had booked for us to stay at Cabra Castle for the weekend, one of the romantic castles of Ireland. We went for dinner and took an evening stroll round the castle gardens afterwards. Jordan walked us up to a fairly lit pergola and told me he had a surprise for me. He reached into his coat pocket and I was sure he was going to pull out my favourite bar of chocolate, he then dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him, between the shock and tears I could barely get the ‘Yes’ out….. Still waiting on my bar of chocolate.
