Tell us a little about how you met & the proposal
Me and Dean have known each other since we were school age, but never really crossed paths until we were slightly older and met when we were out one night and got chatting and the rest was history! Dean proposed while we were in Venice, it was lovely and romantic while we were on a gondola, it was a beautiful sunny day, and it couldn’t have been more perfect!

Why Galgorm
I have always loved Galgorm since I can remember and I work within the Spa here at Galgorm, so it really was a no-brainer! I adore the style of the Renaissance suite and it fitted so well to our theme of our wedding
What made you choose a Resort location
We loved that we chose a Resort location, as there was no travelling between the ceremony and function, and it meant we had that little bit extra time with our guests after the ceremony instead of rushing off
Tell us the most memorable part of your day
The most memorable part of the day was our humanist ceremony, we loved how personal it was to us as a couple and really set the tone for the rest of the day! Stewart Holden married us, and I couldn’t recommend him enough
Advice for future couples
Enjoy every minute of your special day as it is true what people tell you, that it passes in the blink of an eye! Also, try and take some moments out of the day just for the two of you to enjoy some time together!
