Sugar Lane is all about beautiful Swiss Meringue Buttercream finishes and stunning florals, which create a look more of natural beauty. Erin's background as an Art and Design teacher, lends to her creative and innovative design ideas, along with inspiration from living on the beautiful West Coast of Australia. She keeps up to date with current and forecasted wedding trends from around the world and brings her own unique signature style. As a passionate artist and baker, she creates individual works of art, which include special dietary requirements such as gluten, dairy and vegan.
Erin takes great pride in attention to detail, and expertly crafts from the finest local ingredients to ensure the cakes taste as good as they look. She offers a personal and professional service, guiding you through the design process to develop a cake design which is reflective of you and your story as a couple, and to create an iconic centrepiece integral to your perfect day.
