The highly anticipated Second UK Aufguss Championships are set to take place at the prestigious Galgorm Resort in Northern Ireland from April 22nd to 24th, 2024. The UK Aufguss Championships, recognised as the pinnacle of sauna competitions, will feature competitors from around the country, each vying for the coveted title of Aufguss Champion and a place at the Aufguss VM World Championships which will be held in Holland in September. Contestants will demonstrate their mastery of the art of Aufguss, an ancient European sauna ritual that involves infusing essential oils into the sauna air, creating a sensory journey for participants.

Galgorm Resort, home to the first UK Aufguss Champion Pavel Poliacek and known for its reputation as one of the world’s premier, luxury destinations and provides an unrivalled backdrop for this international gathering of sauna professionals.
